Ooh, I really like this idea. My bonus kiddo had a really bad habit of picking his lip - to the point of bleeding. We would charge him a quarter for every time we had to tell him to stop. He lost a lot of quarters. Your approach is much more uplifting in that it encourages kids to want to work for something, not fear the punishment. Thank you for sharing this.
